Short answer: choose Cann if you want the lowest, most social dose, and Brez if you want functional ingredients alongside the THC and CBD. Both make sparkling “social tonics” meant to replace a cocktail or a beer. They differ in dose range and in what else goes into the can.

Cann: the low-dose specialist
Cann built its name on microdosing. The original 8oz Social Tonic has 2mg THC, light enough to sip two or three over an evening. The 12oz range climbs from Lo Boy and Half & Half (3mg THC, 6mg CBD) to Hi Boy (5mg THC, 10mg CBD) and HI'ER BOY (10mg), the brand’s strongest can. There is also a HI'ER BOY variety pack.
Brez: THC plus CBD and functional ingredients
Brez pairs THC with CBD and functional ingredients. OG has 5mg THC, 10mg CBD and Lion’s Mane. OG X doubles it to 10mg THC and 20mg CBD. Amplify is the daytime blend: 5mg THC, 5mg CBD, cordyceps, maca, ginseng and 80mg caffeine. The Spirit Shot is a 50mL pour (5mg THC, 10mg CBD, Lion’s Mane) for mixing into a mocktail.
