We currently accept orders from 47 U.S. states and territories. 10 are clear today; 37 are open but under active legal review and may be paused. Addresses in the states we do not serve are blocked at checkout.

A federal rule taking effect 11 December 2026 redefines hemp and caps finished products at 0.4mg of total THC per container — below every drink on this site. That date was originally 12 November. A short-term government funding bill passed the House 370–48 on 1 September 2026 and was signed days later, moving it back by one month. We are planning against December, and treating it as an extension rather than a repeal.
Some of the states we ship to still regulate hemp beverages tightly — per-serving THC caps, licensing rules, product-type limits — so a specific brand or dose may occasionally be unavailable to you even where we ship. Checkout always reflects what is currently allowed.

The 2018 Farm Bill legalized hemp federally, but states can — and do — restrict or ban intoxicating hemp products. We follow each state’s current rules, reviewed monthly.

Orders of $275 or more ship free anywhere we deliver — about three cases. Below $275, ground shipping is a flat rate based on the weight of your order and how far it travels from our Florida fulfillment center: $9.95 to $15.95 for packs and shots, $19.95 to $27.95 for a single case, and $29.95 to $39.95 for two or more. Your exact rate shows at checkout once you enter your address. Hemp beverages are sold by the case.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM CT on a business day ship within 1–2 business days from our Florida fulfillment center. Ground delivery then typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your distance from Florida.
