Where we ship

We ship hemp-derived THC, CBD, and full-spectrum beverages to 40 U.S. states. The list below is enforced automatically at checkout — if your state is restricted, our system won’t let the order complete, so a completed order always means we can ship to you.

Some of these states regulate hemp beverages tightly (per-serving THC caps, licensing, product-type limits), so a specific brand or dose may occasionally be unavailable to you even where we ship. Checkout always reflects what’s currently allowed. See each state’s status on the legal tracker.

These states currently treat intoxicating hemp products as illegal or ban them outright, so orders to these addresses are blocked at checkout. We also don’t ship internationally or to U.S. territories, APO/FPO, or PO boxes at this time.

How enforcement works: your shipping address is checked against our shippable-state list during checkout. Restricted addresses see no shipping options and can’t complete payment. Every order also requires 21+ age verification, and deliveries may require an adult signature.
Heads up — November 12, 2026. A federal rule change based on total THC is expected to pull many hemp THC drinks from the market nationwide. This list may shrink as states react. What’s changing → · Stock up while it’s here →

Frequently asked questions

How do I know if you ship to me?

Add a drink to your cart and start checkout. If your address is in a restricted state, no shipping option will appear. If checkout completes, we ship to you — no guesswork.

Why is my state blocked when hemp is federally legal?

The 2018 Farm Bill legalized hemp federally, but states can — and do — restrict or ban intoxicating hemp products. We follow each state’s current rules, reviewed monthly.

Do you ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. territories?

Not currently. Orders need a physical street address in one of the 40 shippable states, and an adult 21+ may need to sign at delivery.

My state just changed its law — when will this page update?

We audit state rules and our checkout settings monthly (and immediately after major rulings). The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent review.

21+ only. This page is general information, not legal advice. State hemp laws change frequently; checkout eligibility is the authoritative check. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.
