What we collect. When you visit or purchase from HempBeverages.com, we collect: information you provide (name, email, phone, shipping/billing address, date of birth for age verification), order and payment information (processed by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers), and device/usage data (cookies, IP address, pages viewed).
Age verification. We are required to verify that purchasers are 21+. Our age-verification provider processes your name, address, and date of birth solely to confirm eligibility; verification data is purged after the check is complete and is never sold or used for marketing.
How we use information. To fulfill orders, verify age, provide customer support, send transactional messages, and — only with your consent — send marketing email/SMS (powered by Klaviyo; unsubscribe anytime).
