Where it sits in the catalog
On dose: at 5 mg it's half the THC of most cans we carry. If you've never had a hemp beverage, or you want something you can have over a long evening without the dose stacking up, this is the sensible starting point. It sits alongside our other low-dose options.
On the CBD: the 2:1 ratio is unusual. Most 10 mg cans we sell are THC-only. Whether the extra CBD changes how a drink feels is genuinely contested in the research, so we'll leave that to you rather than make a claim we can't support.
On sugar, honestly: 14 g per can is the trade-off here. That's more than the 8 g in Cycling Frog's seltzer and considerably more than Buddi's 0 g. How to approach the dose
A fast-acting hemp beverage typically comes on in about 15–20 minutes — much quicker than an edible, but not instant. The single most common mistake is treating that gap as "nothing is happening" and opening a second can.
If you're new to THC drinks, have one, then give it a full hour before deciding whether you want another. If you've had THC beverages before and know your tolerance, you already know how this one will sit. Either way, don't stack it with alcohol, and don't drive.
