A note on the label itself. Lolli's printed panel lists 37 g of total sugars against 33 g of total carbohydrate — which can't both be right, since sugars are a subset of carbohydrates. We've reproduced the brand's figures as printed rather than quietly correcting them. Take 130 calories as solid; treat the exact sugar number as approximate and high.

How to approach the dose
