Where we ship. We ship within the United States only, to states where hemp-derived Delta-9 THC beverages are legal to receive. Restricted states are blocked automatically at checkout — if your order goes through, we can ship to you. For the current state-by-state list, see our Where We Ship page. We do not ship internationally, or to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.

21+ and adult signature. All purchasers must be 21 or older. Age is verified at checkout, and an adult signature (21+) may be required by the carrier at delivery. Please ship to an address where someone 21 or older can receive the package.

Order processing. Orders placed before 12:00 PM CT on a business day are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our Florida fulfillment center. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Transit time. Standard ground delivery typically arrives 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your distance from Florida. Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping rates. Ground shipping is calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. Orders of $90 or more ship free. Hemp beverages are sold by the case.

Tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan and update tracking.

Weather and product care. Beverages are packed to withstand normal transit conditions. During extreme heat or winter weather we may briefly hold an order to protect quality — we'll email you if your shipment is affected.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, or refused at delivery, are not eligible for a refund of shipping costs (see our Refund Policy).

Lost, stolen, or damaged. Once a carrier marks a package delivered, we are not responsible for loss or theft, though we'll gladly help you file a carrier claim. If your order arrives damaged or leaking, email enjoy@hempbeverages.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we'll make it right.
