Where we ship. We ship within the United States only. We do not currently deliver to California, Idaho, Hawaii or Alaska. Some products are further restricted by state — for example, only our lowest-dose products can be sent to Iowa. If we are unable to send a particular product to your address, no shipping method will be offered for it at checkout.
A completed order is not a legal opinion about your state. Hemp laws vary by state and change frequently, and it remains your responsibility to know and follow the rules that apply where you live and where your order is delivered. See our state-by-state hemp law guide and where we ship. We do not ship internationally, or to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.
21+ and ID verification. All purchasers must be 21 or older. After you place your order, you will receive a link by email and text message asking you to photograph a government-issued ID. It takes about a minute, and your order will not ship until it is complete. An adult signature (21+) may also be required by the carrier at delivery, so please ship to an address where someone 21 or older can receive the package.
Order processing. Orders placed before 5:00 PM CT on a business day are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our Florida fulfillment center. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Transit time. Standard ground delivery typically arrives 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on your distance from Florida. Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping rates. Orders of $250 or more ship free, everywhere we deliver. Below $250, ground shipping is a flat rate set by how far your package travels from our Florida fulfillment center. Hemp beverages are heavy — a case of 24 cans weighs about 22 pounds — so the rate reflects real freight rather than a single national average.

Tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan and update tracking.
How your order ships — no cold pack needed. Everything we sell is shelf-stable. Orders ship at room temperature in a standard box. We do not use refrigeration, cold packs, gel packs, dry ice, or insulated liners, and none are required — these are sealed cans and bottles, not a perishable product. Store them cool and out of direct sunlight, and chill before serving if you like them cold.
Weather. During extreme heat or winter weather we may briefly hold an order to protect flavor and carbonation — we'll email you if your shipment is affected.
Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, or refused at delivery, are not eligible for a refund of shipping costs (see our Refund Policy).
Lost, stolen, or damaged. Once a carrier marks a package delivered, we are not responsible for loss or theft, though we'll gladly help you file a carrier claim. If your order arrives damaged or leaking, email enjoy@hempbeverages.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we'll make it right.
