Sales tax applies to partner fees unless you provide a valid sales-tax permit or resale certificate. If a custom platform needs work beyond the standard connection, we confirm that scope with you before starting.

A current certificate of analysis (COA) for every product, plus complete and accurate product information. Products must be hemp-derived and comply with the 2018 Farm Bill.
No. We can work manually with almost any brand. Automated connections usually support Shopify and WooCommerce, and we can review other platforms for API or webhook compatibility.

Yes. A manual partner can upgrade to Automated Integration after a compatibility review and payment of the integration setup fee.
Yes. There's no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Email enjoy@hempbeverages.com to cancel. Your listings stay live through the month you've paid for, then come down and billing stops. Orders placed before then are still shipped by your team, and one-time setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding work has started.
