All sales are final. Due to the consumable, and age-restricted nature of hemp-derived beverages, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
Damaged or defective items If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or otherwise defective, contact us at enjoy@hempbeverages.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will replace the affected items or refund them at our discretion.
Failed age verification. All purchasers must be 21 years of age or older. Orders that fail age verification are canceled. Because we do not capture payment until an order ships, no charge is ever completed — any pending authorization is released by your bank, typically within a few business days.
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses Orders returned due to an incorrect checkout address, or refused at delivery, are not eligible for a refund of shipping costs.
Order cancellations Orders may be canceled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once a tracking number is issued, the order cannot be canceled.
