The following warning statements are required for hemp-derived cannabinoid beverages sold to consumers in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. They are provided here for Kentucky customers and appear on product labeling as required by Kentucky law.

Required Warning Statements

• This product is intended for use by adults 21 years of age and older. Keep out of reach of children.
• There may be health risks associated with the consumption of this product.
• There may be additional health risks associated with the consumption of this product for those who are pregnant, nursing, or plan to become pregnant.
• The intoxicating effects of this product may be delayed by two or more hours.
• May cause drowsiness or impairment. Do not drive a motor vehicle or operate machinery while using this product.
• Use of this product may result in a positive drug screen.
• Contains: THC

Additional Disclosures

All products sold on HempBeverages.com are derived from hemp and contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis, consistent with the 2018 Farm Bill. Products are sold only to adults 21 and over — see our Age Verification Policy.

Some beverages contain trace ethanol (typically less than 0.5% ABV) carried over from flavor extracts. Check the individual product page for details.
