HempBeverages.com sells hemp-derived THC and CBD beverages. Every product we carry is intended for adults 21 years of age or older. We are committed to responsible retailing, and we verify age at multiple points — before you browse, at checkout, and again at delivery. This policy explains how that works and what we expect from you.

2. Legal Compliance

In accordance with federal, state, and local law, HempBeverages.com reserves the right to verify the age and identity of any customer before completing a sale. Sales to anyone under 21 are strictly prohibited, and we will cancel and refund any order we believe was placed by or on behalf of a minor.

Hemp-derived THC is not legal in every state. It is your responsibility to know the laws where you live. We do not ship to states where these products are restricted — see Where We Ship for our current list.

3. How We Verify Age

We use a layered approach:

• Site entry. Visitors must confirm they are 21 or older before entering the store.
• Checkout. Orders are screened by a third-party identity and age verification service, which matches the name, address, and date of birth you provide against public and commercial records.
• Secondary verification. If an order cannot be automatically verified, we may ask you to upload a valid government-issued photo ID before we ship.
• Delivery. Shipments are sent with an adult signature requirement where required by law or carrier policy. The carrier will check ID at the door and will not leave the package with anyone under 21.
• Cancellation. Orders that fail verification, or that we cannot verify within a reasonable time, are cancelled and refunded in full.

4. Right to Refuse Service

We may decline or cancel any order, at our sole discretion, if the customer:

• Fails or declines age verification;
• Presents identification that appears altered, expired, or fraudulent;
• Appears to be purchasing on behalf of someone under 21;
• Provides a shipping address in a state or locality where these products are restricted; or
• Refuses to comply with any part of our verification process.

Attempting to purchase using false information or another person's identity may violate state and federal law.

5. Privacy and Security

All age verification checks are conducted in compliance with applicable data privacy laws, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Information collected for verification is used solely to confirm eligibility to purchase, is transmitted over encrypted connections, is retained only as long as required for legal and compliance purposes, and is never sold or rented to third parties.
