Short answer: on the numbers, Cheech & Chong's canned drinks are some of the most accurately dosed we carry. Every can's lab result lands within 7% of its label. The Legends shots are the exception in both directions: the 10mg shots test about 20% stronger than labeled, and the 25mg shots test 14–22% weaker. And The Judge's Stash is the one product on our shelf built to be used twice: when the spirit's gone, a conversion kit turns the empty bottle into a glass water pipe.
How we reviewed it. HempBeverages.com sells Cheech & Chong, so we don't give star ratings or tasting verdicts: a seller's opinion of its own shelf isn't worth much to you. This review checks what you can verify: each product's label against its independent lab report (all linked below), the sugar and calories, and the price per milligram of THC. Prices are as of October 23, 2026.

Lab results from Anresco Laboratories (ISO/IEC 17025-accredited, San Francisco), except The Judge's Stash, tested by Infinite Chemical Analysis Labs (San Diego). Per-serving price is the pack price divided by the number of cans, shots or pours. "Not listed" means the brand doesn't publish the figure, so we don't guess it.
What the numbers say
The cans are dosed close to the label
All nine canned drinks tested between 93% and 105% of their labeled THC. That matters more than it sounds: the dose on the can is the only thing you have to go on, and with these cans it's accurate enough to plan around. The High & Dry seltzers run a touch light (93–99%); the High Tea and Pit Punch cans run a touch strong (100–105%).
The Legends shots don't match their labels, in opposite directions
This is the one thing to know before you buy. The current 10mg shots tested at about 12mg, so treat one as a 12mg serving. The current 25mg shots tested at 19.4mg (Mixed Berry) and 21.4mg (Pink Lemonade). That makes the 25mg shots weaker than labeled, but also the cheapest THC per milligram in the lineup. We put these numbers on every product page instead of leaving them in a PDF.
Sugar ranges from none to 14g
High & Dry is zero calories and zero sugar. High Tea is 60 calories and 6g of sugar in a 16 oz can. Pit Punch is 60 calories and 14g of sugar per 12 oz can, plus B vitamins. If you're watching sugar, the seltzers are the obvious pick.
Value
Per milligram of labeled THC, the best value is the 25mg Legends shots and the 10mg High Tea, at around 28–40 cents per milligram. The 5mg Pit Punch is the most expensive way to buy THC in the lineup, at about $1 per milligram. You're paying for the Rolling Loud collab can.
Which one is for you
- Never had a THC drink: a 5mg High & Dry or 5mg High Tea. Accurately dosed, low or no sugar.
- Want a soda: Pit Punch Fruit Punch 5mg. Start there before the 10mg cans.
- Want a small, fast format: the 10mg Legends shots, but treat each as about 12mg.
- Hosting, or making cocktails: The Judge's Stash. 25 one-ounce pours, alcohol-free, key lime.
The Judge's Stash: the bottle that becomes a water pipe
Most drinks end in the recycling bin. The Judge's Stash with Conversion Kit is designed not to. The set comes with a full 750 mL bottle of the spirit, a Cheech & Chong collector's gift box, and a conversion kit: a set of glass and rubber fittings. Pour your way through the 25 servings, rinse the empty bottle, fit the kit, and the bottle becomes a working glass water pipe.
That's the whole idea: one heavy glass bottle, two jobs. The spirit inside is the same as the bottle sold on its own: same 10mg per one-ounce pour, same lab-tested batch (which came in a little strong, at 11.2mg per pour).
Why reusing beats recycling
Recycling glass is better than landfill, but it isn't free. The bottle has to be collected, sorted, crushed and melted down before it becomes anything new. Using the same bottle again skips all of that, which is why the U.S. EPA puts reuse ahead of recycling in its waste management hierarchy. One reused bottle won't make a drink carbon-neutral, and we won't claim it does. It's a small, real step, and it's built into the product rather than left to good intentions.
Using the kit
- Fit the kit only once the bottle is empty and rinsed clean.
- The kit is an accessory for adults 21+ and for use with legal products only.
- Don't want a pipe? The empty bottle also makes a good water carafe, bud vase or oil bottle. The signed Limited Edition is a shelf piece in its own right.

Frequently asked questions
Are Cheech & Chong THC drinks accurately dosed?
The cans are. All nine canned drinks tested between 93% and 105% of their labeled THC. The current Legends shots are the exception: the 10mg shots tested at about 12mg, and the 25mg shots tested at 19.4mg and 21.4mg.
Which Cheech & Chong drink has no sugar?
High & Dry. Magic Mule, Wondermelon and Mango Fizz are zero calories and zero sugar, with 5mg of THC per 12 oz can.
What does The Judge's Stash conversion kit do?
Its glass and rubber fittings turn the empty, rinsed 750 mL Judge's Stash bottle into a glass water pipe, so the bottle gets a second use instead of going in the recycling. It's an accessory for adults 21+ and for legal products only.
Is The Judge's Stash alcoholic?
No. It's an alcohol-free key lime spirit sweetened with monk fruit, with 10mg of hemp-derived Delta-9 THC per one-ounce pour and 25 pours per bottle.
Which Cheech & Chong product is best for beginners?
A 5mg High & Dry seltzer or 5mg High Tea. Have one, and give it a full hour before deciding on a second.
