THC drink FAQs

How much THC is in QRTR drinks?

QRTR drinks on our shelf contain 25mg of hemp-derived THC per can or serving. Check each label, and start low if you are new.

Which QRTR drink is best for beginners?

The lightest QRTR drink we carry is QRTR 25mg THC Soda 12-Pack Flavor Sampler at 25mg THC, which is strong for a first drink. Newcomers may prefer a 2.5 to 5mg drink from our low-dose collection. Either way, wait a full hour before having more.

What kinds of drinks does QRTR make?

We carry 4 QRTR products. Formats: Soda.

Are these drinks legal?

Hemp-derived drinks under 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight are legal federally today under the 2018 Farm Bill. From December 11, 2026, a new federal rule limits finished hemp products to 0.4mg of total THC per container. State rules vary, and restricted states are blocked at checkout.

Do you ship to my state?

We ship to most U.S. states. Restricted states are blocked at checkout, so if you can complete your order, we can ship to you.

Are these drinks lab-tested?

Yes. Every product is third-party lab-tested with a public certificate of analysis, or COA.
