Cycling Frog Ruby Grapefruit 10mg — Dose, Calories and Ingredients

Cycling Frog Ruby Grapefruit 10mg

Cycling Frog's Ruby Grapefruit seltzer is a 1:1 THC-to-CBD can with an unusual sugar profile: the 8 grams it contains come from fruit juice concentrates, not from added sweetener.

About this guide. HempBeverages.com sells this product. That's exactly why this is a specification guide and not a review — we don't publish star ratings or tasting verdicts for products we stock, because a seller's opinion of its own shelf isn't worth much to you. What follows is what's actually in the can, sourced from Cycling Frog's published label and our own product records. Where a figure isn't published anywhere, we say so rather than estimate it.

What’s in the can

THC 10 mg per 12 fl oz can

Calories 50
Sugar 8 g total, 8 g added — from grapefruit, pear and lemon juice concentrates
Sweetener No separate sweetener in the ingredient list
Sodium 10 mg
Carbonated Yes
Volume 12 fl oz (355 mL)

Full ingredient list

Water, clarified grapefruit juice concentrate, organic pear juice concentrate, natural grapefruit flavor, nanoemulsified hemp extract (water, fractionated coconut MCT oil, modified food starch, natural hemp flower extract, potassium sorbate, lactic acid, tocopherols), organic lemon juice concentrate, potassium sorbate, natural coloring (natural glycerine, black carrot extract, water, citric acid).

One caveat on the panel. The nutrition panel Cycling Frog publishes on its site is photographed from the 5 mg version of this seltzer. The brand states the same 50 calories, 10 g carbohydrate and 8 g sugar for the 10 mg version, and we've used those figures — but no separate 10 mg panel image is published, so we're passing on the brand's word rather than a label we've read directly.

Where it sits in the catalog

On cannabinoids: a true 1:1 is uncommon on our shelf. Most 10 mg cans we carry are THC-only; this one matches the THC with an equal amount of CBD.

On sugar: 8 g is mid-range — well under the sodas in this series (Lolli at 37 g, Keef at 34 g), above Buddi's 0 g. The distinction worth knowing is that it comes from juice rather than added cane sugar, which some buyers care about and some don't.

On price: at $4.17 a can in the smallest case, it's among the more affordable 10 mg options we stock.

Pack sizes and price

We sell by the case. The per-can price falls as the case count rises:

Cans Price Per can
24 $99.99 $4.17
48 $189.98 $3.96
72 $278.97 $3.87
96 $359.96 $3.75

How to approach the dose

A fast-acting hemp beverage typically comes on in about 15–20 minutes — much quicker than an edible, but not instant. The single most common mistake is treating that gap as "nothing is happening" and opening a second can.

If you're new to 10 mg cans, have one, then give it a full hour before deciding whether you want another. If you've had THC beverages before and know your tolerance, you already know how this one will sit. Either way, don't stack it with alcohol, and don't drive.
