One caveat on the panel. The nutrition panel Cycling Frog publishes on its site is photographed from the 5 mg version of this seltzer. The brand states the same 50 calories, 10 g carbohydrate and 8 g sugar for the 10 mg version, and we've used those figures — but no separate 10 mg panel image is published, so we're passing on the brand's word rather than a label we've read directly.
Where it sits in the catalog
On cannabinoids: a true 1:1 is uncommon on our shelf. Most 10 mg cans we carry are THC-only; this one matches the THC with an equal amount of CBD.
On sugar: 8 g is mid-range — well under the sodas in this series (Lolli at 37 g, Keef at 34 g), above Buddi's 0 g. The distinction worth knowing is that it comes from juice rather than added cane sugar, which some buyers care about and some don't.

How to approach the dose
A fast-acting hemp beverage typically comes on in about 15–20 minutes — much quicker than an edible, but not instant. The single most common mistake is treating that gap as "nothing is happening" and opening a second can.
