The state will not approve any ingestible hemp product containing delta-9 THC even when it is under the federal 0.3% threshold, and the same bar covers delta-8, THCA, HHC and the rest. Only THC-removed products — CBD and CBG isolate, and specifically approved broad-spectrum items — can be sold into the state at all.
