The low-dose end of the category, done properly. Select Zero Proof is Curaleaf's hemp seltzer — 12 oz, lightly carbonated, and offered at 2.5 mg or 5 mg of hemp-derived Delta-9 THC per can. Watermelon is clean watermelon flesh with no candy note — closer to the fruit than to a sweet.

No hangover · Fast-acting · Hemp-derived and federally legal · Lab tested

Which dose

2.5 mg (Light) is a genuine microdose — the one you can have two of across an evening without losing the thread. 5 mg (Classic) is a single-can session for most people. Both prices are shown against each pack size above.

Per 12 oz can

  • 2.5 mg or 5 mg hemp-derived Delta-9 THC
  • 12 fl oz (355 mL), lightly sparkling
  • Gluten-free · non-GMO · no artificial flavors or colors
  • Onset 15–30 minutes, effects around 2 hours
  • Farm Bill compliant (<0.3% THC by dry weight)

Format

Sold by the 24-can case (6 four-packs). Made by Select. Distributed by Hemp Beverages. 21+ only.

Ingredients

Carbonated water, sugar, natural flavors, citric acid, sodium benzoate, sodium citrate, macrogolglycerol hydroxystearate, hemp extract, vitamin E.

Select has not published a full nutrition panel for Zero Proof. Sugar is the second ingredient, so this is not a zero-sugar product. Specs per manufacturer.

⚠️ WARNING: Contains hemp-derived Delta-9 THC. For adults 21+ only. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. See our Warning Statements.

Take your edge off

Fast acting · ~15–20 min
Low calorie

How will I feel?

Start low, go slow. Here’s a rough guide — everyone’s different.

1

Start here

One serving is a gentle, social lift — relaxed and clear-headed. Everyone should start here, then wait.

2

Ease up, slowly

Give it a full hour. Still want more? A second brings a warmer, looser buzz.

3

Go easy

A third is a lot — save it for seasoned sippers, never rush it, and never mix with alcohol.

Effects often begin within 15–20 minutes, though it varies by product and person. Wait a full hour before having more. Must be 21+.

Good to know

How many should I drink?

Start with one and wait a full hour before having more. Low-dose (2.5–5mg) is mellow; 10mg and up is more pronounced. Go slow until you know your sweet spot.

How fast does it work?

Most of our beverages use fast-acting emulsion tech, so effects often begin within 15–20 minutes, though it varies by product and person — usually quicker than edibles.

Will it show on a drug test?

Likely yes — these contain real THC. If you’re subject to testing, don’t consume them.

Is it lab-tested?

Yes. Every product has a third-party Certificate of Analysis. Find it on our Lab Results page.
